More Pictures from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also included in this new document release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a key detailing different areas of the land.

In addition to this are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.

Further documentation released as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
